Hey,

This one is for any of you that work at an EB Games store (preferably in Canada). I'm thinking of applying for a job at my local EB, but I want to see if I can collect a bit of info before I go to prevent some sort of embarassing moment (perhaps I am ambarassing myself merely by starting this thread...)

Any info on what is required for a job there is very welcome. Stuff like age requirement (this applies to me, I am young), and any other experience that the bosses like to see.

That might just be for management positions, and not the grunt work. So your best bet is to call them up and ask them. Probably find the number on Ebgames.com somewhere.

I know that they prefer to hire ages 18 or over. It might not be a requirement at some stores, but they give strong preference to 18+ applicants.

Edit: Also, when I applied there, the attendant said that they look at the people who come into the store recently/frequently, so it could be best to try for a job at a local store, and find out when they're going to accept resumes beforehand.
